The hardware
The company says COSMIC DUAL has two Wide Color Gamut-enabled HD displays, a larger floating AR-1 iDECK button interface and distinctive cabinet lighting. Its game presentation for the Australian market included new and established titles. These are supplier specifications and product plans; local approval and availability should be checked in each jurisdiction.
Service at the machine
The same showcase featured the Patron Kiosk platform for player-club services, reward redemption and account management. A Display Manager version extends those functions to the gaming machine. This points to a connected-floor strategy in which the cabinet becomes an interface for both entertainment and venue services.
That integration raises operational questions for venues: how systems protect customer data, how staff assist people who prefer human service, how interfaces remain accessible and how promotional functions comply with local rules.
